Mixed feelings on training setup: suited for some, but not all
The training and onboarding experience provided by WFHI had both strengths and limitations that made it somewhat of a mixed experience for me. On one hand, the initial setup sessions were quite thorough and gave me a good foundation in using the software and dialing tools. These one-time sessions addressed the basics well, which I found helpful. However, there was less emphasis on ongoing learning and adaptation, which I think some users would require to handle evolving workflows. The database component integration, for example, felt like it needed periodic reinforcement beyond the initial introduction. While the automatic updates introduced some new features, I did not always receive clear guidance about how to best incorporate those changes into my work. This meant that after the initial onboarding period, much of the fine-tuning depended on my own initiative without structured follow-up or support unless I reached out. For those already well-versed in remote toolkits, WFHI’s training might be sufficient. For others who need continuous coaching integrated as part of their workflow, it may fall short. Therefore, the program seems suited chiefly to users with a moderate base level of experience and motivation to self-manage after the start. Overall, while the initial onboarding had good coverage and clear steps, the absence of tailored ongoing support and reinforcement makes it less ideal for those expecting a continual training process rather than a one-off start.
