Mixed feelings on training and onboarding experience
The training and onboarding process felt like a blend of hits and misses across the days I used WFHI’s services. At first, the initial setup and walkthrough were quite clear, and the training materials were adequate for understanding the basics of remote workflow management. However, as I progressed day to day, some aspects of the software behaved unpredictably, especially with database syncing and updates, which caused minor disruptions to my daily routine. The onboarding flow was designed decently but felt a bit too generic, lacking customization according to my specific needs. Meanwhile, the telephonic support was responsive, yet at times the advice given seemed inconsistent, which didn’t instill full confidence. Overall, it felt like the training was a decent starting ground, but the day-to-day usage exposed some rough edges that could be ironed out to make a smoother experience and reduce the mixed impressions I had while getting used to the workflow.
