Mixed feelings on the order of sales steps: expected a smoother flow
Before signing up for WFHI’s software, I expected the sales and pre-purchase process to be straightforward and well-structured. I imagined a clear, step-by-step onboarding process that would gently ease one into the software’s features. However, I found this was not the case for me. The sequence felt somewhat backwards – I was asked to complete detailed sign-up information before I fully understood the features or benefits of the product. This confusion detracted from my enthusiasm. Conversely, the invoicing and payment systems worked as promised and were not overly complicated, which was a small positive in the experience. The training materials and onboarding flow seemed more useful once I got past the initial steps, but that delay caused me notable frustration. Ideally, I expected an initial demo or clearer explanation before having to commit to the process. By contrast, the telephonic support I tried did respond, but only after I had quite a few questions. To sum up, the sales journey felt disjointed and less thoughtful than what I had hoped for, making the whole experience difficult to follow.
