Mixed feelings on software and support responsiveness
I’m still sort of on the fence about the overall experience with the WFHI software and the support team. The software itself had some good points—like the database feature was quite useful once I got everything set up, and the calling tool generally worked fine for my remote workflow tasks. However, the onboarding was a bit confusing at first, and when I reached out for help during setup, the responses took longer than I expected. Sometimes I got clear guidance, but other times the replies were a bit vague, which left me unsure if I was doing it right. Automatic updates came through regularly, but occasionally they introduced changes I hadn’t anticipated, which added to the learning curve. It’s not bad, but I’m not certain it’s perfect either. The pricing and payment process went smoothly enough, without any major hitches. Overall, I guess I’d say I’m moderately satisfied but there’s room for improvement, especially in promptness and clarity of support. That’s my simple, honest take on it so far.
