Mixed feelings on onboarding compared to what I’ve seen before
When I first signed up and went through the training and onboarding with WFHI, I noticed some immediate differences from my past experiences with similar platforms. On the positive side, their training materials were concise and laid out clearly, which made getting started less overwhelming than some other software I’ve used. However, I found the initial onboarding somewhat lacking in hands-on examples or interactive practice, which I had grown to expect elsewhere. It felt a bit rushed in spots, and I had to resort to calling support to clarify parts of the workflow that weren’t entirely intuitive. The dialer setup and working with the database were okay, but not as streamlined as I hoped. In summary, if I were explaining this to a friend, I’d say it’s a decent system but not quite as thorough or user-friendly as others I’ve encountered. For the price and the promise of remote workflow support, it just didn’t quite hit the mark for me.
