Overall, the software is mostly reliable day to day, but I've encountered some glitches that affect my workflow occasionally. For instance, the dialer works well when making multiple calls, but sometimes the connection drops or it freezes, requiring me to restart the app. The database feature integrates nicely with my remote work, allowing me to manage contacts effectively, although updating records is occasionally slow. Automatic updates generally improve the experience and do not disrupt ongoing tasks, which I appreciate. Support has been reachable but sometimes delayed, which impacts resolving unexpected issues quickly. The initial onboarding was smooth, with clear instructions. However, the software performance during extended use leaves room for improvement, particularly in stability. Despite these hiccups, I intend to continue using the software because its core features mostly deliver as promised, but I hope these sporadic bugs are addressed soon to enhance daily productivity.
