Mixed feelings: Good for tech-savvy, less so for beginners

I found the pre-purchase process a bit of a rollercoaster. On the positive side, the sign-up was straightforward and the invoicing went through without any hiccups, which made me feel reassured about proceeding. However, when I encountered a glitch during payment, the helpdesk response was somewhat slow and not as clear as I had hoped, which was frustrating. This might not bother those who are accustomed to troubleshooting these issues themselves, but for me, it added some hesitation. Also, the information provided before purchase was helpful but could have been more detailed about what happens if something goes wrong. I think this service would suit those who are comfortable with tech and can navigate minor problems without immediate hand-holding. On the other hand, if you prefer a smoother, more guided buying experience, this might test your patience just a bit. Overall, the system functioned okay, but the bumps in communication made it feel less than seamless. Despite that, I am still curious to see how the training and software perform once fully onboarded and used daily.
