Mixed feelings: expected easier but found some useful pointers
I initially thought finding the right training materials and onboarding steps would be straightforward with WFHI, but in reality, it felt a bit patchy. The homepage promised a simple learning path, which I expected to make things quick and easy. However, while some sections were very well organized and intuitive, others seemed harder to locate or lacked the depth I wanted. For instance, the modules on integrating the dialer with the database were buried under several menus, which slowed me down. This contrasted with earlier experiences where such features came clearly in one place. That said, the actual content was helpful once I found it, and the telephonic support was able to clarify key questions, even if the timing wasn’t always convenient. The invoices and payment system functioned as expected, and signing up was easy enough. Ultimately, I felt a discrepancy between what I thought I would get—an ease of access and immediate clarity—and what I actually experienced, which took more searching and trial. The training itself was adequate, but I hoped to spend less time navigating and more time learning directly. For a future update, I’d suggest smoother paths to the content, which would really improve the onboarding feel for new users like myself.
