Mixed feelings: Ease of access versus ongoing frustration

At first, I thought the WFHI software access would be simple to get going, and signing up felt straightforward enough. But after trying to navigate the different modules, especially the call dialer and database features, I started to feel unsure if I was actually using it correctly. The training materials didn't quite give me the confidence I needed, and some steps in the onboarding flow weren’t intuitive. The automatic updates sometimes changed things without clear explanations, which added to my confusion. Telephonic support was reachable but often took longer than I hoped to connect, and once I did, the answers felt a bit scripted rather than personalized. I was hoping to settle into a routine quickly but ended up feeling frustrated. Although the invoicing and payment process went through without glitches, that didn’t offset the feeling of being overwhelmed by the software’s complexity. By the end, I was left unsure how reliably I could count on this system for managing remote workflows, which is disappointing given my initial expectations.
