Mixed feelings due to setup complexity

Initially, I felt a bit uncertain about how much of the setup would be a one-time thing versus ongoing maintenance. The sign-up and initial onboarding steps felt fairly straightforward, and the training materials helped me understand the basic software functions and how to use the calling tools effectively. However, I noticed that while the initial database setup was quite involved and required careful entry of a lot of information, subsequent use of the database feature was simpler and more manageable on a day-to-day basis. What added to my mixed feelings was the process around updates—they tended to happen automatically but sometimes caused minor disruptions to my workflow, requiring me to relearn parts of the interface occasionally. Also, the invoicing and payment process was mostly smooth, though I did find parts of the billing terminology less clear, which required some back-and-forth with support. Speaking of support, the telephonic assistance was helpful but not always immediately available, which was frustrating at times. Overall, the experience was a mix of good and not-so-good moments, balancing straightforward one-off setup activities against some ongoing complexities and hiccups that could be improved for a better long-term experience.
