Mixed feelings: decent sign-up but slow response and repeated delays
My experience before buying the WFHI product was quite frustrating. Initially, the sign-up process was fairly straightforward and clear, with no unexpected hurdles, which I appreciated. However, after signing up, I encountered repeated delays when trying to get answers to my initial questions about how the software and training would work day to day. The waiting periods were longer than I expected, and some information was repeated in the responses without much new detail. It felt like I was stuck in a loop, trying to understand the system but not getting the clear guidance I needed quickly enough. Though the sales and pre-purchase team were polite, the overall pace was too slow for me to feel confident. While the automatic updates and invoicing seemed well-organized once I was inside the product, it was the early communications that left me frustrated. Because of this, I didn’t feel fully supported at the critical moment when I was deciding whether to proceed. There were some positives in the clarity during the sign-up, but these were outweighed by the slow and repetitive responses. I wished the process had been quicker and more informative from the start because that would have made me more comfortable moving forward.
