Mixed feelings but training mostly okay I guess
The training and onboarding process began with clear guidance on using the core software features. I particularly found the explanations of the dialer and database tools to be helpful since those are central to my workflow. However, beyond the initial sessions, I was often left to figure out certain functionalities on my own. While the documentation was available, sometimes it felt a bit sparse or technical, which slowed down my progress. For example, setting up automatic updates happened mostly in the background, but understanding how it interacted with other features needed some trial and error. The onboarding flow covered the basics well enough, but I would have preferred a bit more hand-holding, especially regarding integration with my work patterns. On the positive side, the sign-up and payment procedures were straightforward and did not cause any hassle. Telephonic support was accessible but occasionally took time to reach, although they were polite when I did get through. Overall, the experience mixed some useful training with the necessity to self-learn parts quite a bit, so it wasn’t entirely seamless but not problematic either.
