Mixed feelings but overall ok, because some things went wrong

So, I had high hopes when I started with the WFHI software for sales and pre-purchase stuff, but honestly, it was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the initial sign-up and the payment process went quite smoothly, which was a relief. Invoicing was straightforward, and I appreciated how clear the billing was laid out. But then, when I tried using the calling tools and the dialer for the first time during my trial days, I ran into some hiccups. Calls sometimes wouldn’t connect properly, and the automatic updates felt like they disrupted my workflow a bit. It was frustrating because I was expecting more seamless operation, especially after all the promises during onboarding. The training materials helped me get the database feature set up, but I felt like some of the explanations were vague when I ran into trouble with the software’s interface. Telephonic support was alright—staff were polite but took longer than I’d hoped to clear some of my doubts. Maybe it’s just how things go with new software, but overall, I’m neither completely sold nor totally annoyed by it.
