Mixed feelings but never quite got full confidence
At first, the pre-purchase sales communication was informative and polite, which helped me better understand what the software offered. The sales representatives answered most of my questions in a timely manner, giving me a fairly good sense of what training and support would be like. However, there were moments when I felt some details were vague, especially around the finer points of how long onboarding would take or how often updates would happen. This caused a bit of hesitation on my part. I appreciated the detailed invoicing and payment process that was clearly explained, which boosted my confidence slightly. Still, when it came down to the moment of decision, I wasn’t 100% convinced because some of the promises felt a bit too general. So the clarity was there in parts but overall, the moment it was supposed to click fully for me just didn’t. It left me uncertain, not quite ready to commit fully to the software even after the discussion.
