Mixed feelings but mostly okay I guess
So, I started with high hopes, like most people do when trying new software for working remotely. Sales and pre-purchase communications were fine at first; everything seemed smooth and clear. But then, when things didn’t go exactly as planned during onboarding, it got a little frustrating. The training was helpful but at times seemed too fast, and I wasn’t sure if I was correctly using features like the dialer or the database. Support was available when I needed them, which was great, but sometimes getting through on phone calls took longer than I liked. On the positive side, updates came automatically and without disruption, which was nice. Also, the invoicing and payment processes were fairly clear, no hidden surprises there. So overall, I’d say it worked okay, but there’s room for improvement in handling rough patches more smoothly. I’d probably tell a friend it’s worth trying if they don’t mind a bit of a learning curve and can be patient during the early days.
