Mixed feelings but mostly frustration with billing terms
I tried to understand the billing and payment terms as clearly as possible, but found that some parts of the wording were quite confusing. The labels used in invoices and payment options seemed inconsistent at times, which made it hard to be sure about deadlines or charges. I appreciated that some parts of the process, like receiving invoices promptly and having automatic updates, worked as expected without me jumping through hoops. However, the confusion in terminology overshadowed these benefits. The lack of straightforward definitions for key terms meant I often had to call support and wait for clarification, which was frustrating. While the telephonic assistance was polite and tried to help, the process felt slow because the underlying wording didn’t make it easy to understand on my own. On the positive side, the payment portal itself was functional and relatively easy to navigate once I understood the system. But that initial confusion made the whole billing journey less smooth than I hoped it would be. So, weighing the good points against the negative ones, the inconsistent language in billing materials was a real stumbling block even though other aspects functioned as intended. Overall, I found the experience frustrating but not impossible to work through.
