Mixed feelings but might try again with some expectations
When I first started using WFHI’s software and support, it reminded me of some of the other remote workflow tools I’ve encountered before. On the positive side, their telephonic support was accessible and staff quite friendly, which made asking questions easier than I expected. The automatic update feature saved me from having to think about manually updating the system, so that was a relief. However, compared to the previous software I used, there were a few times when the dialer system lagged or the database access wasn’t as quick, which slowed me down temporarily. The invoicing and payment process was fairly transparent, not a hassle overall. I liked how the training materials were broken down and the onboarding relatively smooth, but I also felt it could have been more tailored towards my specific workflow needs. Despite these ups and downs, I see no fundamental blockers that discourage me from using this again. If the occasional stutter and wait times are fixed or improved upon, I could definitely consider renewing or continuing with WFHI. So while it didn’t blow me away fully, I wouldn’t rule out using their tools in the future, especially given how straightforward the payment and support setup currently feels.
