Mixed feelings but might try again for different needs
Compared to some similar tools I’ve used before, WorkFromHomeIndia’s sales and pre-purchase experience had both ups and downs. On one hand, the sign-up and payment steps were smooth and straightforward, and the invoices came clearly without surprises. On the other hand, the pre-purchase information didn’t quite give me a full idea of what to expect day to day; some features, like the database and updates, weren’t as well explained upfront. The training was okay but felt a little rushed, which made onboarding uneven compared to my previous experiences with other platforms that offered more detailed walkthroughs. Despite this, the calling tools and dialer itself worked reliably once set up, which counts for something. So, would I do it again? Possibly, especially if my needs align better with their software features. However, I’d probably try to clarify more at the start because having a clearer picture beforehand would help set expectations better. Overall, it’s neither a bad nor a standout experience, just somewhere in the middle for me at this point.
