When I first started looking at WFHI's sales and pre-purchase materials, I found some parts pretty c

When I first started looking at WFHI's sales and pre-purchase materials, I found some parts pretty clear but others left me scratching my head a bit. The initial explanation of how the software's calling tools and dialer would integrate with existing workflows was decent, but then the details about the database feature seemed quite vague to me. I wasn't sure if the pricing structure was fully explained either, which was a little frustrating. On the plus side, the sign-up and invoicing process was smooth and straightforward, so that gave me some confidence. After going through the onboarding flow, I noticed some step felt like it jumped ahead, which made me wonder if I missed something earlier on. Still, I appreciated that automatic updates were handled quietly in the background, which kept me from worrying about manual installs. Telephonic support was a mixed bag; at times they were helpful and answered quickly, but other calls left me waiting. I find myself circling back to how clear things were before purchase – overall, it’s not a total miss, but there were enough hiccups that I remain on the fence. Would I do it again? Well, maybe with a bit more patience and knowing what to expect up front, I think I could. In sum, some good features that work well and some spots that could use clearer explanations.
