The day-to-day experience with the software was a mixture of good and not-so-good aspects. On one hand, the dialer tool was reliable and helped me manage calls without much hassle, which made some parts of the workflow easier. On the other hand, there were occasional glitches in the database feature that sometimes delayed tasks or froze during updates. Support was reachable but felt stretched, meaning the help was not always instantaneous though they eventually sorted issues out. Pricing and invoicing worked smoothly, without any surprises, which was a plus. Given all this, I wouldn’t rule out using this software again, but I expect improvements particularly in the stability department before I fully commit long-term. There’s a functional core here worth trying out, but it’s not perfect by any means yet.
