Mixed feelings but might give support another try

I found the communication with the support team has its ups and downs. On one side, the team did manage to answer my questions about the dialer setup clearly. They were polite and responded in a timely manner, which gave me some confidence. However, my overall understanding of the more technical aspects was still limited by the end of the interactions. Sometimes explanations seemed a bit rushed or incomplete, leaving me uncertain if everything was correctly set up. Given this mixed experience, I'm inclined to try reaching out again in the future because there were positive elements but definitely room for improvement. The call support doesn't entirely remove the confusion yet, but it's a start.
