Pehle jo support systems main use karti thi, unse compare karun toh WFHI ka telephonic support thoda alag experience raha. Ek taraf se koi doubt poochne mein help milti thi aur unka approach thoda friendly tha, jo mujhe pasand aaya. Lekin doosri taraf, mujhe lagta hai ki response quality kuch jagah pe consistent nahi thi, matlab kabhi kabhi jo answer mile wo expected level ka nahi tha. Mera matlab hai, agar main resume karun toh kahungi ki support thik-thak thi, par unki baat-cheet aur samajhne mein kabhi kami si lagti thi. Mere liye yeh mix tha, matlab support presence achhi thi par uska impact mere liye fully satisfying nahi bana. Isliye rating main 2 de rahi hoon kyunki yeh combination mujhe thoda confused kar gaya.
