Mixed feelings after daily use, service overall reliable
When I first started exploring the software, I found the sign-up and payment flow quite straightforward and the initial training seemed clear enough to get me started. However, over the next few days of actual daily use, some features behaved unpredictably. The calling tools and dialer sometimes lagged or disconnected randomly, which made it tricky to handle any extended calls. On the other hand, the database feature worked reliably and was a good way to manage contact information without hassle. I appreciated that automatic updates did not interrupt work frequently, though occasionally a new interface appeared without prior notice. Customer support was reachable and able to resolve most issues, but sometimes the wait times were longer than I would like. Despite these ups and downs, the core requirements of tracking and making calls were met, which is what matters to me. I have a feeling that the software is strong in principle but needs a bit of polish in everyday handling consistency. So, while not perfect, it is still serviceable for managing remote workflows on a practical day-to-day basis.
