Mixed feelings after a week, tell friend it’s workable but imperfect
After using WFHI’s software for about a week, I’ve noticed that the day-to-day experience is quite mixed. One moment that stands out was when I tried using the calling tools alongside the database feature; they synced really well and made a complex task easier than I expected. However, during a different day, the dialer froze mid-call, which left me frustrated and slowed down my workflow significantly. The training had seemed comprehensive in the beginning, but after a few days of regular use, I realized some of the processes were not as intuitive as they had seemed in the modules. The automatic updates kicked in a couple of times, which changed some settings I had to fix manually, a bit annoying during busy hours. Telephonic support is helpful when you get through, but there were delays which made some issues linger longer than I wanted. Overall, I’d say I’d tell a friend that the software works out alright but is not perfect, so be ready for some glitches and support wait times along the way. It’s a solid tool but with caveats. The invoicing and payments stayed smooth throughout, which I definitely appreciate in a busy work environment.
