Mixed feelings about your onboarding compared to what I’ve used before
When I first started using your training and onboarding materials, I had certain expectations based on other platforms I have experience with. Your onboarding process is quite structured and the training content is clear in many areas, which I appreciated. However, I noticed that some aspects of the training felt a bit repetitive and not as engaging as others I have tried prior. The software walkthroughs were thorough, but sometimes the pace was slower than I liked, which can be inconvenient for someone accustomed to quicker tutorials. Compared to previous systems, I felt your approach was solid but lacked some advanced interactive elements that I find useful. Despite these mixed feelings, the overall training did help me get started, and with a few updates and additions, it could be even better. I hope you consider incorporating some more dynamic content in the future.
