Mixed feelings about what I got versus expected
I had some clear ideas about what to expect from WorkFromHomeIndia's software and training before I got started, but the experience was definitely mixed. On one hand, the onboarding process was quite smooth, and the training modules gave me a decent understanding of how to use the calling tools and the dialer. I liked how the automatic updates kept everything current without manual intervention, which made my week easier. However, when it came to the database feature, I found several limitations that didn’t fit my workflow as well as I had hoped. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward, but I wish the invoicing was a bit clearer to track for my records. Also, although telephonic support was available, I sometimes felt the responses were a bit slow, which affected my confidence in resolving technical issues promptly. So, while parts of the software and training matched my expectations well, other aspects certainly didn't. Overall, I think some improvement is needed for the software to be truly effective for my needs, but the basics do work, and the priority assistance feature has potential if response times improve.
