Mixed feelings about WFHI, good and bad sides

When I first looked into WFHI, I expected a straightforward process with clear software and simple training, which partly happened. The sign-up and invoicing was smooth and what I imagined, with no surprises there. However, when it came to the training and the software interfaces, some things felt more complicated than I thought they would be. The calling tools were helpful but not entirely intuitive, so I had a bit of a learning curve that I wasn’t expecting. While I liked that support was available by phone and fairly responsive, sometimes the explanations were too generic or not very clear, making me wait longer for full understanding. On the other hand, I appreciated that the updates were automatic and improved some features without needing manual input. It matched some expectations in ease of use but missed on the clarity and speed in onboarding. Overall, I would tell a friend it’s a decent setup if you want decent software and ongoing support, but don’t expect everything to be simple from the start, it will need some patience as you figure things out.
