Mixed feelings about training times fitting my actual schedule
Hey! So, I went in expecting that the training and onboarding would flex around my actual work hours, but it turned out a bit more rigid than I had hoped. They did have sessions available at reasonable hours in the day, but some of the modules expected me to be online earlier than I’d usually start or late when I had family commitments. Honestly, that threw me off a bit because it felt like the training was designed with a 9 to 5 kinda person in mind rather than someone like me who works evenings. Plus, the calls for the onboarding walkthrough sometimes clashed with my other commitments, which made me scramble a bit to manage timing. Don’t get me wrong—the content itself was useful and I got through the modules okay, but juggling the time was kind of a pain. The dialer tool was easy to use for making those scheduled calls once I synced my availability, but the fit wasn't always perfect. Invoicing and payments were clear and hassle-free which was a plus, and the database of contacts was helpful for reference during training. So overall, I’m halfway pleased but still wishing it was a bit more flexible with timing.
