Mixed feelings about training matching my work hours
I found the onboarding and training to be a bit of a mixed bag. At first, the scheduled sessions seemed to align with typical work hours, which was convenient. But as I progressed, some parts of the training ran longer or were at times less suited for my actual remote work schedule, making it tricky to attend live calls or complete exercises promptly. On the plus side, the training modules were well structured and did introduce useful features of the software. Yet, I sometimes wondered if a more flexible or self-paced approach would fit better with varied hours, especially for someone balancing remote workflows throughout a week. So, overall, the fit was okay but not ideal from a timing perspective.
