Mixed feelings about training labels and text

My overall feeling about the training and onboarding materials is mixed. The instructions provided were straightforward without much embellishment or fluff. Certain labels used within the software made sense, like the call log and dialer panel, which were intuitive to interact with. However, other labels and wording sometimes caused minor confusion, especially around database management functions and export options. Some terms were either too technical or not explained clearly within the training, which made completing certain onboarding steps slower than expected. The training modules covered the basic workflows adequately but lacked examples to clarify more complex tasks. Support was available for questions, although I found myself relying more on trial and error due to straightforward wording not always translating into immediate understanding. Despite this, I completed the onboarding procedure eventually and was able to use the software's core features. The invoicing and payment steps were clearly communicated and easy to follow. Updates were automatic without needing my intervention. I appreciate the clear, matter-of-fact style of the material, but it could benefit from more precise word choices and examples to reduce ambiguity. Overall, my response is not strongly positive or negative; more a functional, workmanlike experience with some room for improvement.
