Mixed feelings about training: good sequence but occasional confusion
Starting the training and onboarding with WFHI, I felt optimistic because the steps were mostly ordered logically. We began with basic introductions to the dashboard environment and progressed toward using the dialer and database features. This progression made sense and helped me understand each feature in context. I appreciated how the training incorporated practical exercises aligned with each step, which reinforced learning. Still, at times I found the instructions slightly unclear or incomplete, especially around customizing the call lists and setting status labels in the database. These moments triggered some pauses where I had to revisit prior modules or seek clarifications from support. The automatic updates to the software during training were timely but occasionally reset some interface settings, which caused brief disorientation. Onboarding forms and invoicing instructions were included at the end and were clear, but I felt this element could have been introduced earlier to eliminate any questions about payments or account management during the active training phases. Overall, I ended feeling moderately satisfied: the ordered steps largely worked, but small gaps in communication held back full confidence and smooth use from the start.
