Mixed feelings about training but with some positives
When I first started the onboarding process, I found the initial tutorials quite straightforward and informative. However, as days went by, I realized that the training wasn’t enough to cover all the advanced features of the software. The daily use revealed that while basic call management and database features were easy to grasp, integration of calling tools with our specific workflow required more detailed guidance. On the positive side, the training materials were well organized, and the support team was responsive whenever I reached out for clarifications. Yet, some aspects of the onboarding felt a bit rushed, which made it challenging to fully understand the automated update features and their implications. Over time, I adapted, but I think a slightly slower, more in-depth approach to the training sessions could have prevented some of the confusion. Also, the invoice and payment procedures were explained clearly, which was helpful as I navigated those steps repeatedly. Although the telephonic assistance was generally helpful, at times I felt that follow-up support could have been more proactive rather than reactive. In short, I appreciate the efforts made in training and onboarding, but the delivery could benefit from further refinement to truly accommodate varied user needs and workflows. Balancing between ease of use and feature depth remains a bit of a struggle with this software setup.
