My overall impression of the WFHI training and onboarding is definitely a mix. At first, I thought the onboarding resources were quite helpful, with clear instructions on how to use the dialer and get started with the database features. However, I quickly realized that some of the finer details and workflows required trial and error on my part. I wish more of those details had been explained upfront because I ended up spending extra time figuring things out by myself. The telephonic support was available and helpful when I needed clarification, so that worked well for me. The automatic updates didn’t disrupt my workflow, so that was a positive aspect I appreciated. The sign-up, invoicing, and payment steps went smoothly, which was a relief during the onboarding process. Still, overall I felt like I needed to independently navigate some of the learning parts, which could be a hurdle for someone less confident in these kinds of tools. So, while the onboarding had useful components, it also left room for improvement in providing more detailed guided help. Balancing those two sides, my experience was neither totally frustrating nor completely seamless — it was just a bit of both.
