I've been using this WFHI software for a couple of weeks now and compared to what I had before, it's a bit of a mixed bag. The interface looks modern and initially it felt more responsive than my previous tool, which was definitely a plus. The dialer tool integrated nicely with my existing workflows, and I liked how the database feature stored contacts effectively, though sometimes it lagged when pulling up large data sets. That was a bit frustrating compared to my past experience where that part was simpler. The onboarding flow guided me through the main features, but I found some steps a little unclear, needing a few phone support calls to get clarification. Thankfully, the telephonic support was patient and helpful even if I waited a bit on hold. One small reservation I have is the automatic updates; while they promised improvements, a couple of updates caused compatibility issues, making me hesitate before installing them right away. Overall, I can say this software shows nice potential and I appreciate the robust calling options, but it still needs some smoothing out to fully match up with what I was used to earlier. It didn’t feel perfect from the start and in places, it still isn’t, but I’m optimistic that with time and some tweaks, it will become easier and more reliable to work with on a daily basis.
