Mixed feelings about the wording in training materials

I was really looking forward to the onboarding and training since that's supposed to set the tone for using the whole remote workflow software. At first, the wording seemed pretty straightforward, but as I went deeper into the tutorials, some labels and instructions started to confuse me a bit. For example, certain terms they used for the calling tools and database features didn't quite match what I was expecting based on the dashboard. On the plus side, the training did cover most necessary steps, but I had to pause and reread some sections. The terms used could have been simpler or better explained to reduce that back-and-forth. Overall, I'd say the onboarding flow is decent, but maybe they could tweak the labeling to be more intuitive. I managed to complete the initial setup, but I often wondered if I was missing something due to the unclear wording. So, good effort, but some room for improvement in how things are presented during training.
