Looking back on the training and onboarding experience I had with WFHI, I have mixed feelings about

Looking back on the training and onboarding experience I had with WFHI, I have mixed feelings about how it compared to other platforms I've used before. On one hand, the training sessions covered a broad range of important remote workflow tools including the dialer and database features, and the automatic updates ensured the software evolved while I was still learning. Yet, I found the onboarding flow somewhat more complicated than previous services I had access to, which was a little frustrating after I had gotten used to simpler setups. The pacing sometimes felt rushed and not very adaptive to different learning speeds. I realized only later that some features in the software weren't as intuitive to me initially, which slowed my progress compared to earlier experiences where the training felt more hands-on. Telephonic support was accessible but at times took longer than expected to get clarifications, which also contributed to the feeling that the onboarding could have been smoother. Reflecting on this all now, it seems the experience was valuable despite some bumps, but I wouldn't say it outperformed my past training in every way. There were advantages in automatic updates and software features, but the overall teaching style and support could be improved to make it more on par with what I had seen elsewhere.
