After going through the sales and pre-purchase experience, I have mixed feelings. On one hand, I appreciated that the website provided enough technical details to understand the software’s core capabilities, which gave me some confidence it could fit my remote workflow needs. On the other hand, I felt that the sales process lacked a bit of personal touch and clarity. The steps to choose the right plan and what exactly was included were not very straightforward, so I ended up spending quite some time reading FAQs and browsing forums to get more info. I was hoping for a more guided approach during sign-up to clarify these things immediately, but that was missing. At the end, I was neither fully confident nor completely unsure about the purchase—it felt like I was taking a calculated chance. I think people who like thorough research and don’t require hand-holding would be okay with this, but others who want more direct answers might find it frustrating. That’s my plain verdict.
