Mixed feelings about the sales pitch versus reality
Initially, I felt the WFHI platform’s presentation quite appealing, and my expectations were generally set by what the sales process promised. But when I actually signed up and started using the software, some aspects matched nicely while others felt a little off. The sales team explained the features of the dialer and database in good detail, which prepared me fairly well for management workflows. However, the onboarding training didn’t cover all the intricacies I anticipated, leaving me to figure some things out solo. Also, the payment and invoice process seemed straightforward but required careful checking to ensure all fees were accurately reflected, which I hadn’t fully realized before. The support was helpful once contacted, but I had hoped for more proactive guidance. So my overall impression is mixed — while the core software and tools largely lived up to their promise, some gaps between sales information and the actual user experience tempered my enthusiasm.
