Mixed feelings about the daily usability of sales features
Thinking back over my day-to-day experience with the sales and pre-purchase phase of WFHI’s product, I am a bit unsure about how it performed beyond the initial launch. At the start, the setup felt neat and manageable, and the software responded well to input without lag. However, after using it for several days, I noticed some inconsistencies, particularly in how the dialer integrated with the database. Sometimes, contacts wouldn’t sync properly, which caused some confusion while attempting calls. On the other hand, the automatic updates were a welcome feature, and they seemed to improve software stability gradually. Still, the training provided seemed less helpful for troubleshooting these intermittent sync issues, leaving me a bit on my own. It’s hard to say whether these problems are typical since I haven’t pushed the limits of full workflow integration yet, but the contrast between straightforward start and ongoing mild difficulties shaped my impression. Overall, the step that went well was definitely the quick initial setup; beyond that, the day-to-day reliability seemed more uneven.
