Honestly, on one hand, the breakdown of charges was clear and easy to follow, which I appreciated because it matched their professional style. Magar on the other hand, kuch chhoti chhoti fees jo maine expect nahi ki thi, uske wajah se mujhe thodi adjustment karni padi apni budgeting mein. I think they could make things more transparent upfront to avoid this chakkar. Lekin, payment process itself was pretty smooth — sign-up se leke payment tak koi badi dikkat nahi ayi. They even send reminders and automatic updates for invoice status which helped a lot. So overall, I feel that with just a bit more upfront clarity, their billing would totally match expectations, and I could be more confident with managing my finances here. Abhi thoda ajeeb sa lagta hai, but manageable bilkul hai.
