Mixed feelings about start time given the complexity
I started using WFHI recently and my feelings about how long it took to get fully going are somewhat mixed. On one hand, I appreciated the thought put into the sign-up and billing system; it was clear and well organized from the outset. This gave me a confident start. Meanwhile, I found that the training and onboarding took longer than I originally hoped, which caused a bit of fatigue. The automatic updates sometimes led to brief pauses when I was about to use the dialer, adding to temporary frustrations. The telephonic support was friendly and did its best to help, but response times weren’t always as quick as I needed. So the overall experience, while warm and user-oriented, lacked the swift momentum I expected initially. I liked the care taken with payments and invoice accuracy but wish the software’s integration steps were faster. Reflecting now, I realize the process is solid but needs more patience. The overall feeling is that WFHI’s system works well once set up properly, but the speed of getting there could be better considering the demands of remote workflow management environments.
