Mixed feelings about software interface and terms
After using the software for a while, I am left with a mix of impressions regarding the access and usability. Initially, I found some labels and wording rather confusing; terms that I believed would be straightforward were somewhat ambiguous. Yet, once I got used to the navigation, things improved noticeably. The database feature worked well most days but occasionally felt a bit clunky, especially if I ventured into areas with insufficient explanation. On the plus side, access was reliable and consistent, which was the primary concern. I've thought back to these aspects often because clarity in instructions really helps productivity, which I feel could be better. Reflection makes me appreciate the reliable parts but also question if the UI could be sharper in its language and signposting to support users better from day one.
