Mixed feelings about setup ease
When I first signed up, I thought the setup process would be a breeze, but it turned out more complicated than I expected. Some parts felt like one-off tasks, like entering my initial database of contacts and configuring basic calling preferences. That part I managed well and didn’t have much trouble. However, ongoing tweaks and updates to workflows required repetitive attention, which wasn't clearly explained beforehand. I hadn’t anticipated needing to revisit configurations frequently after the initial setup. The automatic updates should have eased this, but they sometimes reset preferences, leading to additional adjustments from my side. It was frustrating on days when I wanted to just focus on my calls without handling constant backend issues. The training walkthrough touched on basic setup but didn’t quite clarify the recurring maintenance workload. On the upside, the telephonic support helped me understand some of the persistent changes I needed to make. Still, I wish the onboarding flow had been clearer about ongoing involvement beyond the one-time setup steps. Overall, it felt like the process required more hands-on time and effort from me day after day than I originally thought. So, while the initial tasks went fine, the recurring adjustments made it an ongoing chore I wasn't fully ready for.
