Mixed feelings about searching, partly useful partly frustrating

I found the process of finding exactly what I needed within the sales resources to be somewhat uneven. On one hand, the initial sign-up and dashboard navigation were clear and manageable, making the start quite smooth. However, as I tried to locate specific tools or information to help with my intended workflow, I occasionally ran into sections that felt less intuitive and required repeated attempts or external help to understand. The balance of straightforward steps and confusing areas left me feeling unsure about efficiency. While parts of the software met expectations, there were enough hurdles to make the experience a bit taxing overall, especially when trying to set things up for the first time.
