Mixed feelings about sales process, usually too much hassle
Honestly, I feel pretty tired having gone through the sales process at WFHI. I had hoped things would be smoother than they turned out to be. On one hand, I’ll say that when I did get some support from the sales team, they were willing to listen and try to address my issues. But often, it felt like the whole setup was complicated, with too many back-and-forths about payment, sign-up, and whether the software features would fit me. A few times, I faced delays that might have been unavoidable, or maybe the process is just clunky and needs an overhaul. When problems cropped up, I didn’t always feel that the solutions were practical or timely. All of this left me with a sense that despite the positive parts, the experience overall could have been better designed or explained. So yes, mixed feelings because there were glimpses of helpfulness, but those moments didn’t erase the tiredness from the struggles and the waiting. I’ve shared my experience many times with others who were curious, and it’s always similar—good intentions marred by too many complications.
