Mixed feelings about sales messaging
Reflecting back on my experience with the sales and pre-purchase stage, I have genuinely mixed feelings about the wording and labels used in the process. Initially, the descriptions seemed clear enough, but as I went deeper into the details, certain terms felt ambiguous and made me second-guess what exactly was included or required. On one hand, the sales team answered most of my queries well, leaving me with a sense of trust. On the other hand, the labels on some features seemed stretched or not quite matching the technical capabilities I later observed during onboarding. I realized that my expectations were shaped somewhat by these wordings, so the feeling was a mixture of disappointment that things weren’t fully transparent and appreciation for the overall presentation still being decent. It made me think that perhaps a more straightforward approach to naming and explaining features might help future customers have a smoother understanding before they purchase. In hindsight, clearer communication would have given me greater confidence during that early stage of decision-making, but there was at least no outright deception involved.
