Mixed feelings about sales experience; took time to feel confident
At first, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect from WFHI’s sales team during the pre-purchase process. The initial interactions were professional and informative, but I felt some key details about the software functionality were glossed over. It took several conversations and reading documentation to piece together how the training and software would actually fit into my work routine. On the plus side, the team was patient and answered questions in a timely manner, which helped build trust over time. However, the pace sometimes felt slow, and there were moments when I wasn’t sure if I’d made the right choice. By the time I signed up, I felt reasonably confident but still a bit cautious because some things seemed unclear or lacking certain specifics I needed. If I were explaining to a friend, I’d say the sales process was okay but not entirely straightforward—some helpful info was missing and had to be chased up. This made the decision-making take longer than I expected, and my confidence level wasn’t high initially but has improved since using the software itself.
