mixed feelings about response times
Honestly, when I first reached out during the sales process, I thought things would move along pretty quickly. The initial sign-up and invoicing were smooth enough, which was a plus. But after that, getting clear answers and steady updates from the team was much slower and sometimes I felt left hanging for days. I was trying to understand more about how the dialer worked and its integration with the database, but each time I contacted support, the replies weren’t consistent and often generic. That said, the telephonic support people did seem polite, even if they didn’t resolve my issues as fast as I hoped. The whole setup process felt drawn out because of this, and I found myself juggling between emails and calls just to get the basics sorted. It’s frustrating when automatic updates change things without clear notices, which made me cautious too. Overall, the platform itself looked promising with its calling tools and software design, but the responsiveness left me doubtful. I hoped for a more seamless onboarding experience, especially given the training sessions I attended online. I had expected quicker responses or at least clearer communication about timelines. Maybe with some tweaks to how they manage questions or customer contacts, it could be better. For now, if someone asks me about the responsiveness, I’d say it’s a mix of good and bad moments, but leaning more towards the slow side.
