Mixed feelings about pre-purchase setup and ongoing support
Initially, I was excited about the sales process because it seemed structured and clear. The sign-up was pretty straightforward, and I appreciated how the invoicing detail came through quickly. However, I noticed that while some parts of the software setup were one-off tasks, like getting my database in order, other features required ongoing attention, particularly the updates that sometimes changed features unexpectedly. This meant I had to learn fresh details after every update, which wasn’t always convenient. The training helped a lot initially but felt a bit rushed towards the end. Support was mostly responsive but sometimes delayed, especially during my working hours. The calling tools and dialer worked well, but there were occasional hiccups in integration with the database. Overall, I felt like the balance between one-time setup and ongoing management was heavier on constant learning than I expected, which affected my overall perception a bit, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.
