When I first started with the training and onboarding process, I expected a bit more promptness from the team, especially when I encountered questions about the calling tools and dialer. Compared to other training experiences I’ve had, the WFHI team was somewhat slower to respond to my queries. However, once I finally got some answers, the support was helpful and addressed my concerns sufficiently. What worked well was the onboarding software itself—it was mostly intuitive and the database feature integrated nicely into my existing workflow. The automatic updates were regular and kept the system running smoothly. But the gaps in communication did make the overall experience feel a bit clunky, more so than I anticipated. I appreciate the telephonic support offered, though I did find myself waiting longer than I wanted before I could fully move forward. In summary, the whole thing felt a bit like a start-stop situation—sometimes smooth, sometimes delayed. Nevertheless, I can see it being good once you get past the initial learning curve and waiting phases.
